About The Position
Jerry is hiring remote inbound sales agents to guide users who have already begun searching for insurance in the app. The role is suited to service-oriented candidates with retail or customer-service backgrounds who can create a welcoming customer experience, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment, and are interested in long-term career growth. The position is 100% remote, and Jerry provides the equipment needed. Agents complete paid training and insurance licensing, including passing the licensing exam required to sell insurance. They help customers compare offerings from more than 55 insurance companies, understand their options, resolve concerns, and finalize a policy. There is no cold-calling. Compensation is $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus uncapped commission; the posting says the most successful team members typically earn more than $100,000 per year. Jerry pays for training and the licensing exam, which is usually completed in the first two weeks. Employees can choose a schedule of five eight-hour days or four ten-hour days. The role includes medical, dental, and vision coverage and 401(k) matching. Jerry.ai can hire only full-time employees who reside in specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada; eligibility depends on employee classification and is limited to the locations listed in the posting.
Requirements
- Pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance.

Responsibilities
