About The Position

As a Remote Representative, you will play a key role in educating and guiding individuals and families on basic financial concepts, tools, and strategies. This is a part-time, fully remote role with personalized scheduling, designed for self-motivated people who want to make a meaningful impact while building a scalable career. You do not need prior financial services experience. We provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship so you can develop your skills, grow your confidence, and choose whether to build this into a significant part-time income stream or a long-term full-time career.

Requirements

• Ambitious, self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to help people and make a positive impact in their communities.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• 18 years or older, U.S. citizen, able to pass a background check, and comfortable learning new concepts through structured training and coaching.

Nice To Haves

• Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, management, education, coaching, military, or high-level athletics are a great fit, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master foundational financial education concepts through our training and coaching programs.
• Engage with individuals and families virtually to understand their financial goals and share educational resources and options.
• Deliver clear, simple explanations of financial concepts to help clients make more informed decisions.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of contacts and follow-ups using our online tools and systems.
• Collaborate with experienced brokers and mentors to develop your skills, identify growth opportunities, and advance toward your personal career goals.
