About The Position
The Remote Radiologist focuses exclusively on interpreting screening and diagnostic mammography examinations. The position is fully remote and follows a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. schedule, with no call or weekend work. The role includes 10 weeks of paid time off.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in applicable states.
- MQSA-qualified and meeting all continuing education requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
Responsibilities
- Interpret screening mammography examinations in accordance with established quality and clinical standards.
- Interpret diagnostic mammography studies and provide clear, concise, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with referring providers and breast care teams as needed to support patient care.
- Maintain compliance with MQSA, ACR, state, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities.
- Ensure timely report turnaround while maintaining a high level of diagnostic accuracy.
