About The Position

Radiology Partners Chicago is seeking a remote overnight Emergency Medicine Radiologist for its Chicago-based practice. The practice provides radiology services to Chicago Southland communities and uses standardized clinical applications and advanced AI tools, including Clario, Intelerad, Powerscribe, RecoMD, and Virtual Radiology Assistants. The successful candidate will support an integrative, collaborative care model and work within a multidisciplinary team. The practice promotes quality and invests in radiologists’ professional development through quality and leadership programs. The radiologist will interpret general emergency studies, including STAT emergency department, urgent care, and inpatient cases, for multiple hospital sites covered by RP Chicago. The preferred schedule is seven nights on followed by 14 nights off, though the schedule may be flexible. The overnight shift is 9:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Central Time. There is no call, and the role does not include mammography or PET/CT. This is a full-time remote role. Compensation is listed at $550,000–$650,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The practice also describes a commencement bonus, available fellowship stipends, a partnership track, a full benefits package, malpractice coverage, and a workstation provided for work from home. An independent contractor arrangement can alternatively be arranged.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
Board certification or eligibility through the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology, or board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
Ability to secure an Illinois license.

Nice To Haves

Emergency Radiology training or experience is preferred.
Seven nights on followed by 14 nights off is the preferred schedule, though the schedule may be flexible.
