Jefferson Radiology is recruiting a remote Emergency Radiologist to support its practice in Connecticut. The role involves interpreting studies in emergency settings, including high-acuity cases from an urban Level I trauma center; acute inpatient studies are also an important part of the position. The practice offers daytime, evening, and overnight opportunities, with this posting focused on an overnight role. Scheduling options include 7 days on/7 days off and 7 days on/14 days off. Evening and overnight shifts are listed as 5 p.m.–midnight and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Eastern Time, respectively. Remote work is supported by home workstations and a unified enterprise PACS. The position is part of a collaborative, physician-led practice that emphasizes collegiality, work-life balance, fairness, and transparent scheduling. Radiologists have subspecialized support for complex or unfamiliar cases, and there are opportunities for teaching and academic engagement through the onsite radiology residency program. Candidates with neuro training may have additional late-evening neuro-shift opportunities. Leadership interest and ability are considered an asset, with potential to develop programs and network collaborations. Jefferson Radiology describes a one-year partnership track, uncapped earning potential, productivity incentives, and commencement and/or retention bonuses. The remote salary base is listed as $600,000, with productivity incentives up to $1,000,000 annually. The practice also offers generous vacation time and a comprehensive benefits program. Its technology includes the Clario platform, RP’s MosaicOS AI-enabled platform, and 24/7 operational support for logistics and clinician communications.
