Jefferson Radiology is hiring a full-time Interventional Radiologist for its Connecticut practice. Candidates may be considered for either a tertiary-care role primarily based at Hartford Hospital in Hartford or a community-based role at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, with placement aligned to clinical interests, procedural experience, and preferred work environment. The Hartford Hospital position is primarily onsite Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an 80% interventional and 20% diagnostic radiology mix, a favorable call schedule, and a broad range of advanced procedures. It also offers teaching through the onsite residency program and participation in multidisciplinary conferences and tumor boards. The Day Kimball opportunity offers a community-focused procedural mix, a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule, weekend call, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for remote diagnostic reading. The hospital is a 104-bed acute-care facility serving Northeast Connecticut. Both opportunities are part of a collaborative, physician-led practice and offer a one-year partnership track, a comprehensive benefits and retirement program, generous vacation time, modern technology, and 24/7 support infrastructure. Jefferson Radiology is a 90-plus physician subspecialty group with more than 400 non-physician staff, multiple imaging and hospital locations, and a 20-person residency program. Compensation depends on the opportunity and other factors: the Hartford position lists a $650,000 onsite base with productivity incentives up to $1,000,000 annually; the Day Kimball position lists a $625,000 onsite base with productivity incentives up to $1,000,000 annually. The posting also describes commencement and/or retention bonuses up to $100,000 collectively and an annual discretionary bonus. Residents, fellows, and qualified practicing radiologists are encouraged to apply.
