Requirements

  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Strong communicators who build trust over the phone
  • Self-driven and able to succeed in a remote environment
  • Coachable with a positive, growth-minded attitude
  • Organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound sales calls

Nice To Haves

  • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain if applicable)
  • Strong tech skills and ability to navigate CRM systems and sales tools
  • Experience using digital platforms, apps, or remote sales technology
  • Errors & Omissions (E&O/ENO) coverage (or willingness to obtain it)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with ownership over results
  • Ability to market themselves and generate opportunities when needed
  • Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred but not required)
  • Strong objection-handling and communication skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls with prospective and existing clients
  • Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships
  • Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
  • Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to policy enrollment
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Stay up to date on products, compliance, and industry knowledge
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey
