The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external Copart customers. This role involves understanding Copart practices to offer solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function is to provide inbound phone support to Copart Members throughout their membership. This is a Work from Home, part-time position (30 hours per week). The CSR is often the first point of contact for customers and must demonstrate empathy while understanding client needs and offering support.
