The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external Copart customers. This role requires a thorough understanding of Copart practices to offer solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function is to provide inbound phone support to Copart Members throughout their membership. This is a part-time, work-from-home position, requiring 30 hours per week. The CSR acts as the initial point of contact for many customers, making empathy in the workplace essential for understanding client needs and providing effective solutions and support.
