About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring full-time remote Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. This role involves answering a high volume of inbound calls (80-100 daily), ensuring account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding assets, and advising members on suitable products and services. The position requires sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and navigating two monitors and several programs.

Requirements

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Able to navigate multiple systems
  • High school diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Answer 80-100 inbound calls a day
  • Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information
  • Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
