Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
• Introduce clients to available life and supplemental benefit options
• Guide members through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
• Develop customized solutions aligned with each client’s needs
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage appointments efficiently
• Provide ongoing support and respond promptly to client questions
• Participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings
• Build long-term relationships with members through strong client service
