Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be physically located within the United States
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication platforms
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset
Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and support provided)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a remote team
Coachability and commitment to continuous professional growth

Responsibilities

Connect with members through scheduled outreach using qualified leads
Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
Provide excellent service to build long-term client relationships
Guide members through the application and enrollment process
Assist existing policyholders with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
