Requirements

Strong communicators who are comfortable engaging with clients over video
Self-motivated professionals who enjoy autonomy and goal-oriented work
Individuals who are service-driven and passionate about helping others
Candidates comfortable using digital tools such as Zoom, CRM systems, and cloud-based platforms
Individuals authorized to work in the United States
Candidates with a reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam

Responsibilities

Host scheduled virtual consultations with clients across the United States via Zoom
Help individuals and families understand life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate and compliant digital records within company systems
Participate in weekly team meetings, skill-building sessions, and coaching opportunities
Collaborate with team members to share strategies and achieve performance goals
