Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Host scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
  • Clearly explain available supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing policy support
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, leadership development meetings, and team workshops
