About The Position

AO Globe Life is actively hiring motivated professionals to support veterans and their families in understanding and accessing supplemental benefit programs. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for transitioning service members, military spouses, and individuals who are passionate about service-focused work while building a long-term career. All client consultations are pre-scheduled and requested—there is no cold outreach or unsolicited prospecting required. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families Educate clients on supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options Guide individuals through the enrollment process with professionalism and care Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication Provide ongoing support to clients after enrollment when needed Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership coaching What We Offer Fully Remote Work Environment Work from anywhere in the United States with schedule flexibility.
