About The Position

In this role, you will meet with veterans and their families to help them understand and access supplemental benefit programs designed to support their financial protection and long-term security. All consultations are scheduled in advance with individuals who have requested information. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families
  • Assess client needs and present personalized supplemental benefit options
  • Clearly explain coverage details and enrollment procedures
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Provide ongoing support through follow-ups, policy updates, and client assistance
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development programs
