Role Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through the onboarding process Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients Maintain accurate digital records and documentation Use modern digital tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions Participate in training sessions, development programs, and team meetings Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards Ideal Candidates We are seeking individuals who demonstrate: Veteran, prior service, or military spouse experience Strong leadership and communication skills A disciplined, goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while contributing to a team mission Adaptability, accountability, and resilience Comfort working with digital tools and virtual communication platforms Customer service, consulting, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required.
