Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
  • Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
  • Use modern digital tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions
  • Participate in training sessions, development programs, and team meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
