Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to understand their benefit needs
Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options clearly and professionally
Maintain organized and compliant digital documentation
Assist clients with policy updates, claims guidance, and post-enrollment support
Participate in mentorship programs, team training, and leadership development workshops
