Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
- Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options and enrollment
- Maintain clear and accurate client documentation and records
- Provide professional, client-focused service throughout each interaction
- Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and team development meetings
- Build meaningful client relationships that support long-term trust and success
