About The Position
We’re growing and looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Agents. Whether you’re new to the industry or experienced, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. This is a flexible, remote opportunity where you can build a career while helping families protect what matters most.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to obtain a state life insurance license (we help guide you through the process)
- Reliable internet access
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand their financial and insurance needs
- Present customized solutions (life insurance, etc.)
- Guide clients through the application process
- Maintain relationships and provide ongoing support
- Participate in team trainings and mentorship calls
