About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Success Specialists. This is a fully remote role where the representative will work with current and prospective clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, explaining benefit options, and helping clients make informed decisions about protecting their financial future. The company provides training and mentorship, making it suitable for individuals beginning a new career or those with experience in customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, education, administration, or sales.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Guide new clients through the enrollment process.
Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing client support.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
Respond promptly to client questions and follow up as needed.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
Build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
