Responsibilities

Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and communication
Educate clients on available benefit options and guide them through the enrollment process
Maintain organized schedules and accurate digital records
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development
Collaborate with a supportive remote team while managing responsibilities independently
Contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement and client success
