Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have access to a computer or laptop
- Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms
- Build positive, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Answer client questions and provide guidance regarding available benefit programs
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
- Contribute to a positive, service-focused team culture
