About The Position
Globe Life AO is expanding its remote team and seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join us as Remote Growth & Client Relations Associates. In this role, you'll work virtually with individuals and families who are seeking information about available benefits, helping them understand their options, complete enrollment, and receive continued support. This opportunity combines customer service, client relations, benefits education, consultative sales, and professional development in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
- Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits
- Listen to client needs and financial protection priorities
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Answer questions clearly and professionally
- Help clients evaluate benefit and coverage options
- Provide needs-based recommendations
- Guide clients through applications and enrollment
- Provide ongoing service and follow-up
- Assist with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates
- Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
