About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Benefits Advisor to guide individuals and families exploring life, accident, and supplemental health insurance. The role involves speaking with clients, reviewing their benefit needs, and helping them identify suitable coverage options. It is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete any applicable pre-licensing coursework, exams, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills.

- Comfortable using computer systems and virtual meeting platforms.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a personal computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- No prior insurance experience is required.

Responsibilities
