Home Care scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Confirm unconfirmed shifts by liaising with both clients and caregivers.
Address any discrepancies in logs or notes related to authorized service times.
Actively troubleshoot GPS or Telephony log issues while documenting all activities and findings in our system.
Manage schedules according to existing logs, ensuring all times are accurate and compliant.
Run travel time reports.
Confirm visit notes for driving mileage.
Address caregiver non-compliance issues.
Check Wellsky updates.
Make necessary changes in Generations.
Communicate concerns to management.
