Responsibilities

Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals, explain policy features, review coverage options, and discuss premium information.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist policyholders with questions, policy updates, claims support, and ongoing client care.
Foster Long-Term Relationships: Maintain regular communication with clients to review changing needs, update coverage, and provide continued support over time.
Uphold Compliance & Documentation: Follow company policies and industry regulations while maintaining accurate and organized client records.
