About The Position

Since 1951, we have proudly served working-class families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health products that help protect members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. We are seeking dedicated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team and build long-term client relationships through virtual consultations conducted via Zoom.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and virtual meeting proficiency
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality
Effective time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to understand their needs, explain policy features and coverage options, and provide clear, professional guidance.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Support policyholders with questions, policy updates, claims assistance, and ongoing account support.
Build Long-Term Relationships: Maintain regular communication with clients to review life changes, update coverage needs, and strengthen client relationships over time.
Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Follow company policies and industry regulations while keeping accurate and organized client records.
