About The Position

AO is expanding its virtual organization and seeking ambitious professionals to join us as Remote Insurance Operations Leaders. This opportunity combines hands-on client experience, team development, coaching, performance management, and business growth within a fully remote environment. You'll learn our business from the client level while developing the skills necessary to mentor representatives, build teams, and pursue higher levels of leadership. AO provides the systems, mentorship, training, and development opportunities to help you grow. As a Remote Insurance Operations Leader, you'll develop your business and leadership skills while working directly with clients and supporting the development of other representatives. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity—not a traditional salaried corporate management position. Successful leaders understand the client experience first, demonstrate strong personal performance, and then use that knowledge to help others develop.
