Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare
- Certified Cardiographic Technician certification (CCT)
- Extensive understanding of medical terminology
- Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) per the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) is strongly perferred
Responsibilities
- Provides technical and educational cardiac device expertise
- Reviews remote transmissions for all CRM vendors, while providing patients and healthcare professionals with the highest level of service possible.
- Provides trouble shooting support as needed
- Maintains appropriate documentation
- Utilizes and maintains internal software
- Assists with the onboarding of new customers
- Partners with other employees to appropriately understand market and customer dynamics
- Overall understanding of competitive landscape
- Current with all new CRM products
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to maintain necessary credentials
