About The Position

Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to help members arrange non-emergency medical transportation to medical appointments. This entry-level, work-from-home customer service role is open to people who live and work in Kansas. The representative answers inbound calls, schedules trips, confirms rides and appointments, monitors transportation status, and helps ensure members have a safe, reliable ride. The role requires a set schedule and a quiet, private home workspace with reliable high-speed internet. Starting pay is $11.00 per hour, increasing by $1.00 per hour to $12.00 after 90 days of full-time employment. Weekend hours receive an additional $0.50 per hour. The operation is open seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Equipment is provided at no cost, and paid training is offered.

Requirements

Must live and work in Kansas.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clear, friendly phone communication and good listening skills.
Comfort with computers and typing, and ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A quiet, private home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
Ability to work a set schedule.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from members requesting non-emergency medical transportation.
