About The Position

The agency provides structured virtual training, mentorship, onboarding support, and step-by-step coaching. The role involves meeting with clients virtually via Zoom to review available union and association benefits and assist with enrollment. The agency differentiates itself by simplifying the transition into this field through virtual mentorship, structured onboarding, live coaching, ongoing training, and team-based development. This role does not involve cold calling, door knocking, or purchasing leads; instead, qualified candidates utilize company-supported lead programs and structured appointment systems. A state insurance license is required, and the agency assists with navigating the Georgia Temporary License pathway or may offer licensing scholarship assistance for initial resident state licensing costs. The opportunity is currently available to qualified candidates residing in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, and Washington D.C. Additional states may be considered.
