About The Position

We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating professionally, and working in a structured virtual environment. This is a fully remote opportunity with company-provided leads, virtual training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. No prior insurance experience is required for the right candidate. Georgia residents are strongly encouraged to apply due to the state’s temporary licensing pathway, which can help qualified candidates begin training sooner.

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, management, retail, athletics, recruiting, or call center environments is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom
• Review requested benefit information
• Explain available coverage options
• Assist clients with enrollment when appropriate
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up
• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship
