About The Position
The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career in client support and benefits services. No prior insurance experience is required. The company provides structured virtual training, mentorship, onboarding support, and step-by-step coaching. Team members will meet with clients virtually via Zoom to review available benefit options and assist with enrollment. The focus is on making career transitions simple, structured, and supportive, addressing potential overwhelm related to licensing, training, technology, and learning a new industry. The role utilizes company-supported lead programs and structured appointment systems, with no cold calling, door knocking, or lead purchasing required. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity.
