About The Position

The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a long-term remote career in client support and benefits services. No prior insurance experience is needed, as the company provides structured virtual training, mentorship, onboarding support, and step-by-step coaching. The role involves working with members and families who request information about available union and association benefits. Team members will meet with clients virtually via Zoom, review options, and assist with enrollment when appropriate. The company emphasizes a simple, structured, and supportive onboarding process to help individuals transition into the industry, addressing common challenges like licensing, technology, and learning a new field. Qualified candidates will work within company-supported lead programs and structured appointment systems, with no cold calling, door knocking, or lead purchasing required.
