Requirements

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

- Professional home office environment

Responsibilities
- Connect with members who have requested information about available benefits
- Conduct professional virtual consultations by phone and Zoom
- Educate clients on supplemental insurance and benefit options
- Recommend personalized solutions based on each family's needs
- Guide members through the enrollment process
- Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews and claims assistance
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow all compliance guidelines
