About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join us as Remote Benefits Representatives. In this role, you’ll meet virtually with individuals and families, answer questions, explain available benefit options, help clients understand their choices, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing customer support. This opportunity combines Customer Service, Benefits Education, Client Relationships, and Consultative Insurance Sales. You do not need previous insurance experience to apply. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, coaching, and professional development to help motivated individuals learn the business and build their careers.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through phone and video
• Be willing to participate in required training
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Success, Member Services, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Banking, Education, Administrative Support, Call Centers, Military Service, Recruiting, Client Relations, Account Management, Financial Services, Insurance, or Sales.
• Entry-level applicants, career changers, veterans, recent graduates, individuals returning to the workforce, and experienced customer-service professionals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits
• Build rapport and establish professional client relationships
• Ask questions to understand each client’s needs and priorities
• Listen carefully to questions and concerns
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Help clients understand available benefit choices
• Provide personalized, needs-focused recommendations once appropriately licensed
• Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Complete applicable documentation
• Assist with beneficiary information and updates
• Conduct applicable policy and benefits reviews
• Provide ongoing client follow-up
• Assist with general customer-service questions
• Help direct clients through applicable claims-support processes
• Maintain accurate digital records
• Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
• Conduct virtual benefits consultations
• Review client priorities
• Explain available coverage
• Answer benefit-related questions
• Help clients compare available options
• Provide needs-based recommendations
• Guide eligible clients through enrollment
• Provide continued support after the initial appointment
