About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding its remote team and seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to build meaningful careers while helping families access valuable supplemental benefits. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and unlimited earning potential, with comprehensive training, mentorship, and support provided, all from the comfort of your home. The position is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a computer or laptop
Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivation with a goal-oriented mindset
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
Coachability and a commitment to continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, sales, or other client-facing roles is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with prospective and existing clients through Zoom
Guide new clients through the enrollment process
Answer questions and provide personalized benefit solutions
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Manage appointments and daily activities efficiently
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements
