Even though you’ll be 100% remote, you’ll still oversee in-home programs for kids, making sure they’re getting the best possible care. And yes, you might need to swing by for occasional in-person training (Safety-Care, onboarding), but day-to-day? You call the shots from home. Programs typically run from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday. Requirements

Must be fluent in Spanish and English
BCBA-certified for at least 3 years
Must reside in California and are able to attend in person training one of our four regions (Inland Empire Area, Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County)
Case management master—handling kids from 12 months to 12 years with confidence, no matter the challenges.
Must submit a transcript showing your Master’s degree & BCBA Certification
Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
Keep your TB test and BLS training up-to-date.
Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
