About The Position
This is a 1099 position for kitchen remodeling projects. The role involves all aspects of kitchen renovation, from demolition to final finishing touches, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and jobsite cleanup.
Requirements
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp Insurance
- 3 Supervisor references and/or client references
- Pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews of prior projects
Responsibilities
- Demolish and remove existing cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.
- Update plumbing, electrical, and framing as needed.
- Install new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and finishes.
- Complete painting, backsplash, and trim details.
- Perform jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
