About The Position
This is a 1099 position for a remodeling contractor specializing in bathroom remodels. The role involves all aspects of bathroom renovation, from demolition to the installation of fixtures and finishes. Emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean job site.
Requirements
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp Insurance
- 3 Supervisor references and/or client references
- Pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews of prior projects
Nice To Haves
- Subcontractors provide own supplies (bolts, grout, etc), not materials (shower, tub, tile, fixtures, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Demolition of existing bath space
- Renovation work including Bathtub, Shower, Flooring, Countertops, Tile, Shower Glass Door, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
