About The Position
This role involves performing comprehensive bathroom remodeling tasks, including demolition, installation of bathtubs, showers, flooring, countertops, tile, shower glass doors, and handling plumbing and electrical work. Subcontractors are responsible for their own supplies, but not for major materials like showers, tubs, tile, or fixtures. Emphasis is placed on jobsite cleanup and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp Insurance
- 3 Supervisor references and/or client references
- Pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews of prior projects
Nice To Haves
- Subcontractors provide own supplies (bolts, grout, etc), not materials (shower, tub, tile, fixtures, etc.)
