Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of remodeling or home improvement experience
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and building codes
• Valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable work vehicle
• Must own your own tools
• Solid references and job portfolio
• Must pass a background check
• Smartphone and internet access for job tracking
• Great communication, professionalism, and a drive to exceed customer expectations
• Skilled in 3+ of the following areas: Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels, Interior & Exterior Painting, General Carpentry (Framing, Trim, Finish Work), Drywall Repair & Installation, Minor Plumbing & Electrical, Flooring Installation & Repair, Residential Maintenance & Upgrades

Responsibilities

• Tackle a variety of remodeling projects, including bathrooms, kitchens, and interior renovations
• Provide on-site estimates and help homeowners bring their vision to life
• Source materials, manage job details, and deliver top-quality craftsmanship
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office team to ensure smooth job execution
• Deliver a world-class customer experience that earns trust and repeat business
