The Host is the guest’s first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences. This position will also be responsible for answering the phones, confirming reservations and making new reservations. This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed.
