Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • 7-10 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management
  • Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
  • Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security

Nice To Haves

  • IARA CAR Certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and AutoIMS are a plus
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Prior remarketing or auction experience or other related industry experience is a plus
  • Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow auction partnerships.
  • Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service; both internally and externally.
  • Manages new auction partnerships including pilots and launches on Equipment Direct Platform.
  • Provide regular updates to auction partners regarding the status and results of their Equipment Direct inventory and listings.
  • Work with the appropriate groups internally and externally to resolve problems that may arise.
  • Working with auctions and internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to systems integration, AutoIMS, DMV issues or custom processes.
  • Must be able to build relationships and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Build and develop expertise in the areas of vehicle remarketing where these programs/initiatives operate and impact
  • Responsible for monitoring KPIs and reporting for clients.
  • Support auction visits as needed.
  • Provides feedback to management on customer needs, issues, escalations and trends.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
