About The Position

At Swire Coca-Cola, the Remanufacturing Technician II remanufactures Coca-Cola coolers and fountain equipment to extend their lifecycle, improve the supply chain, and reduce environmental impact. The role involves repairing and replacing equipment parts so that the equipment operates like new and meets or exceeds industry standards. It offers opportunities for skill development and career growth.

The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, working four 10-hour shifts. The pay is $22.13 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to operate and use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Mechanical and technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace worn or damaged parts, including seals, gaskets, and electrical components.
• Apply quality-control measures to ensure remanufactured equipment performs reliably and meets standards; use precision instruments to verify accuracy.
• Reassemble fountain beverage equipment, ensuring parts are correctly aligned, fastened, and sealed, and follow manufacturer assembly guidelines.
• Perform general bodywork, including sanding, masking, and decal application.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and create and complete work orders to support equipment sales.
• Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects; conduct tests and diagnostics, identify issues, and document findings.
• Maintain a professional work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
