Reman Assembler Core Processing - 2nd shift

About The Position

The associate disassembles remanufacturing core returns from the field in B103, covering products up to 1000cc. They ensure the correct disassembly processes are performed to sort components for reuse and rework customer interfaces using wire brushes, lapping of control surfaces, and rebuilding rotary groups. The associate disassembles various A10 and non-A10 products according to production requirements and reworks components to remanufacturing standards. The role also involves documenting discrepancies and quality issues, following documented procedures and using proper forms, cross-training on various products as needed, and adhering to all quality and safety standards. Associates communicate daily with the team, collect and interpret data, and work as part of the worldwide DC organization. Training will take place on first shift.

Requirements

Excellent attendance is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exercise care when handling products to prevent damage.
Ability to read and comprehend instructional material.
Repeatedly lift up to 25 lbs.
Stand constantly, walk frequently, and bend and stoop occasionally.
