About The Position
Donaldson is seeking an Assembler for its Baldwin, Wisconsin location. The role involves collaborating with others to assemble and package product, including non-repetitive parts and assemblies. This is an onsite, second-shift position with a stated schedule of Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. The position is eligible for overtime as permitted by state and federal regulations and for a gainsharing plan based on achievement of specific goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to handle materials using forklifts, cranes, carts, or similar equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Quality-conscious approach.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

- Ability to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble non-repetitive parts, which may include multiple parts per operation.
- Package parts and assemblies.
- Ensure compliance with prints.
- Operate test equipment when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling.
- Comply with safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Use designated personal protective equipment as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision, and strategic plan objectives.
