About The Position

JLL is seeking an Associate Relocation Project Manager to join their Project and Development Services team. This role involves supporting and managing challenging relocation and change management projects. The position requires continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies. The Associate Relocation Project Manager will interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts, manage project documentation, track move vendor RFPs, support relocation planning meetings, develop project scope and schedule, and serve as an onsite resource for relocation planning and execution, including post-move support. The role emphasizes a collaborative, client-focused, and team-driven approach, with a primary focus on project delivery and client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of delivering consistent, timely, high-quality work in a cost-effective manner, while also supporting change management activities for projects of varying sizes and scopes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred (3+ years) of relevant experience, related to project management.
  • Commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management or project management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools.
  • Ability to continually seek opportunities to develop skillset.
  • Act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
